BY DOWNLOADING, INSTALLING, ACCESSING, OR USING SNAP CAMERA OR BY CLICKING ON THE APPLICABLE BUTTON TO DOWNLOAD OR INSTALL SNAP CAMERA, YOU: (A) ACCEPT DELIVERY OF SNAP CAMERA AND (B) ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, CONSENT TO, AND ARE BOUND BY, THIS AGREEMENT. THIS AGREEMENT IS A BINDING LEGAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU (“ YOU” OR “ YOUR”) AND SNAP INC.

If you live outside the United States when you use Snap Camera, or if you are using Snap Camera on behalf of a business with its principal place of business outside the United States, Snap Group Limited’s Snap Camera License Agreement governs your use.
If you live in the United States when you use Snap Camera (defined below) or are using Snap Camera on behalf of a business with its principal place of business located in the United States, Snap Inc.’s Snap Camera License Agreement governs your use.
